Stupidbubble Types

A Stupidbubble exists in many forms, each influencing different aspects of life. Here are some of the most common:

1. The Personal Stupidbubble

These are the limiting beliefs we impose on ourselves, often out of fear or insecurity.

“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ll never be successful.”
“I’m not smart.”

🫧Burst It: Recognize that your thoughts are not facts. Challenge them. Take small steps outside your comfort zone.

2. The Social Stupidbubble

These are societal narratives that we accept as truth, even when they no longer serve us.

“Real men don’t show emotions.”
“Women can’t be strong leaders.”
“Success looks like this, and nothing else.”

🫧Burst It: Question social norms. Who benefits from this belief? Who does it harm? Redefine success and identity on your own terms.

3. The Cultural Stupidbubble

These exist within groups—families, communities, ethnicities, or even entire nations.

“This is how our family has always done things.”
“My culture doesn’t do that.”
“People from my background can’t break into that industry.”

🫧Burst It: Challenge inherited narratives. Culture should evolve, not confine.

4. The Global Stupidbubble

These are the illusions that shape history, politics, and worldviews.

“War is the only way to resolve conflicts.”
“The world is black and white—there’s no in-between.”
“We are too small to make a difference.”

🫧Burst It: Educate yourself. Engage in conversations that challenge conventional thinking. Lead by example.
