Answer: Shipping is always FREE in the USA. However, there is always a FREE shipping option for all of our customer no matter the location.

Answer: Absoutely! Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Q12: What happens after my order is paid?
Answer: After your order has been paid our warehouse will process and ship your order the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Answer: Yes—use the tracking we send you via email.
Q14: When will my order arrive?
Answer: In most cases your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery information.
Q15: What if my package is (MIA) Missing in action?
Answer: If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us to verify within 7 days of the order date.
